Open Profile → Orders, or use the track link from your confirmation. Order status updates as the restaurant prepares and delivers your food.
If the amount was deducted but the order was not confirmed, wait a few minutes and check Orders. If it still does not appear, contact the restaurant with your payment reference. Failed charges are usually reversed by your bank within a few business days.
You can request a cancellation before the restaurant starts preparing or dispatches the order. Once preparation has begun, cancellation may not be possible. Call the restaurant with your order ID for the fastest response.
Eligible refunds for prepaid orders are typically sent to the original payment method after approval. Banks may take 5–7 business days to show the credit. See our Refund Policy for eligible and non-eligible cases.
Contact the restaurant as soon as possible with your order ID and a short description (a photo helps for quality issues). We will review and may offer a partial refund, replacement, or other resolution.
